David Richard Harington

David Richard Harington is a businessman who owns a bookstore. He is recognized as the father of English actor and producer Kit Harrington.

Son of David Richard, Kit Harrington, is one of the most admired and commanding actors in Hollywood. 

Born on 26 December 1986 in Acton, which lies in London, he attended drama and theatre during his early days.

In an interview with Forbes, he mentioned that it's in Iceland, where he started falling for his wife while shooting for his popular show, 'The Games of Star.' 

His favorite memory of shooting the entire season of the show in Iceland. 

He called Iceland a beautiful place because the Northern Lights of the place are magical and because he falls in love there. 

The actor expressed that as he was captivated by her already plus, she was playing his love interest in the show, so it was easy to fall in love with her.

Kit was captured sharing his experience of him being a dad. The Tonight Show Host Jimmy Fallon congratulated him on being a parent. 

Kit, in response, said that he, along with his spouse, was thrilled. He praised his newborn as a lovely one who is running six months old. 

He says that his little boy is on his gorgeous little stage and shares that it all came about because they went into the pandemic. 

He and his spouse Rose didn’t know how much the pandemic would last but instead got all kinds of apocalyptic and romantic and then got a baby; Kit shared.  

On asking if he did get the advice from other parents, Kit replied so many. He added that anybody who is a parent knows you get so much advice leading up to it and claimed it is all useless. 

It’s all stuff like, it’s going to be great or you are going to love it, what a wonderful thing. 

Also, Kit says that having a baby is as no one tells you that a new roommate just dumped into your life to whom you have not interviewed, who doesn’t know any of the house rules, breaks all the rules, but then you eventually fall in love with him, so you can’t kick him out. 

These are all procedures Kit explains as parenting. He shared that in the morning time, his son has this bright smile which he claims to be the best part. 

He further shared that his spouse is the one who his son seems to respect and love claiming Rose to be his son's safe place whereas claiming himself to be just sheer entertainment. 

Is Kit extremely claustrophobic?

Many of you might not know, but David’s son Kit is claustrophobic. During the shoot of Game of Thrones season six, Battle of the Bastards, he mentioned that he had to face extreme claustrophobia. 

He has got few fears where spiders are also the one. Other than that, the worst is his claustrophobia, sharing he is afraid of crowds, pointing out that he panics every time he is in a crowd.

Lastly, he explained the climactic scene in the movie is the most terrifying and uncomfortable thing he has done to date.
