Since Sacha is a prankster, he once hosted the MTV awards pretending to be Kazakhstan Prime Minister Bohet

Kazakhstan's people got offended and started a campaign against Sacha, telling he was not their prime minister. The issue got so big that the prime minister of Kazakhstan flew to Washington to talk. 

And what Sacha decided to do was conduct a press conference in front of the white house pretending to be the prime minister of Kazakhstan as a prank again.
