Daniel Toce

Daniel Toce is the ex-husband of an American television personality and singer Kim Zolciak. He also appeared on the television with his ex-wife but has pretty much disappeared from the media since the divorce.

Kim is a successful TV personality and businesswoman. In 2008, she starred on a TV show named 'The Real Housewives of Atlanta.'

She also started her performance and has her own beauty business. She is of Polish and Italian descent. She grew up in a Roman Catholic family in Connecticut.

Daniel was married to Kim for only two years that is from 2001 to 2003. They had a daughter together named Ariana Biermann. She was born in 2001. They separated their ways in 2003.

Reason for divorce

Daniel was found guilty of molesting a 15-year-old girl. The girl said that he sexually assaulted her since she was 14 years old and now couldn't take it anymore and build the courage to speak for herself. 

She also had an abortion. He served jail time after the girl had filled her complaint. So, because Daniel was found to be a child molester, Kim filed for divorce. She was shocked that her baby's father was a child molester.

It was more shocking to know that who the girl was who was molested by Daniel. It was none other than his stepdaughter Brielle Biermann.

Kim married now

Kim is now married to Kroy Biermann. He had played for the Atlanta Falcons, signed with Buffalo Bills. 

They have four children together, and he also adopted Kim's daughter with Daniel. So, altogether they have five children. 

The couple also had their reality show named 'Don't be Tardy.'

Daniel has one daughter with his ex-wife Kim named Ariana Biermann. Her last name changed after Kim's now-husband Kroy adopted her. She will be 20 years old as of the year 2021.

The reason she gave for giving birth was her disbelief in abortions.
• Daniel was her high school sweetheart. They were together on and off for ten years. After graduating from nursing school, she moved to Georgia and got married to Daniel. But just after 90 days into their marriage, Daniel got into major d*ugs. Because of his addiction to d*ugs, it took just a few months for Kim to file for divorce. At the time, she was seven and a half months pregnant with his daughter Ariana.
• She was previously asked to do “The Bachelorette.” It was when Ariana was just a year or two old.
• Her now-husband Kroy’s parents attempted to stop her wedding with Kroy in 2011, and she and Kroy were unaware of it until their wedding. She said that they discovered after two weeks of their wedding that they were on their driveway with a preacher praying against their wedding and a pastor obstructing their wedding. She also said that whatever the equation she has with Kroy’s parents, Kroy’s parents keep sending gifts on their every birthday and every Christmas.
