Sooner, the lady developed severe symptoms from the injection she had while doing the procedure of scan. 

It was said that the chemical element gadolinium was given in order to develop a clearer scan outcome. 

Still to her, she went through burning pain that resulted in having severe burning nerve pain and creating kidney problems. 

In the year 2017, just after four years, Chuck retired from the entertainment industry to look after his spouse. 

With their love and persistence, they found a clinic situated in Nevada which treated Gena. 

In one of her interviews, Gena shared some personal information as the lady stated that her situation was severe and the support and care she got from her husband was incredible. 

In her words, she stated that she just laid in bed on an IV for five whole months and went through round-the-clock nursing care. 

Her spouse slept beside her and never left her at any cost. The pair had sued up to 11 medical companies for more than $10 million in damages.
