He was arrested in 2015 for his disruptive behavior

Conrad was arrested back in 2015 for threatening passengers on an international flight from London to Los Angeles in 2014. 

According to the witness Patricia Mitchell, Conrad was acting crazy throughout the 11-hour non-stop flight. 

She said she was concerned that he was having a psychotic breakdown, and every sentence contained the F word. 

She added that he was beyond abusive and verbally menacing. 

Similarly, the FBI report said he smoked marijuana on board and threatened the flight attendant by saying he would kill them, and also called his fellow passengers peasants. 

Despite being given a written warning, he did not stop but instead tore the warning paper.
