The mother had posted an image with the name “ACE” written on the sand and with some words which were 

“It’s International Son’s Day! We love you, our youngest son Ace. Our job as parents is to give our kids a safe, supportive environment so they can grow up as healthy, happy, confident, independent humans.” 

The mother also spoke that as a mom, all you want to do is protect your kids. 

She said you want to put helmets on them and wrap them in bubble wrap and just pray nothing hurts them either physically or emotionally, and it’s all she wants to do with her kids. 

Her father suffered a mini-stroke 

Her father suffered a mini-stroke known as Transient Ischemic Attack back on 3rd August. He opened up about the incident with ET’s Brice Sander. 

According to him, he and his wife Heather, along with son Nicholas, were having dinner at their favorite restaurant Ivy, the place where they first met and where they celebrate their every wedding anniversary. 

They were discussing renovating the new Beverly Hills project, and Nicholas telling to him that they had changed the locks and got a code. 

And as he was asking about the new code, he had a slurred speech. 

He initially thought it was because he had sort of half a gimlet in, and also, he was eating the crispy white bread. 

Heather immediately asked Nicholas to dial 9-1-1 but insisted not to call. 

It was over within a minute, so they got into an argument because he was not willing to go to the hospital soon after the ambulance arrived, and he, out of respect to the paramedic, walked out of the street and sat in the paramedic vehicle. 

Heather wanted him to go to the Cedars, but he refused and called Uber while being in the paramedic vehicle. He got into the Uber. 

Heather, on the other hand, called all of his doctor friends whom he respected so much. 

They called him and finally convinced him to go to the hospital, telling him to do it for the family. So, he went to the Hogue Hospital. 

He had a TIA, but what was unusual was that it wasn’t a sort of hypertension plaque-related age-related stroke. 

They did an echocardiogram which showed that he had PFO, Patent Foramen Ovale, the opening between the right and left side of the heart that 20 to 30 percent of people have. 

He credited his wife for saving his life. 

He said that if Heather had not been persistent in sending him to the hospital, then he would have gone home, gone to bed, and he would have died in bed in his sleep. 

He may have a terrible stroke, and even if he didn’t have a stroke in the next 24 hours, there would be a 20 percent chance of happening in the next several months. 

He would have a stroke and die, he told Sander. ‘Heather Dubrow saved my life, and that is not an exaggeration but a fact, he added.
