Charles W. Mulaney, Jr. is the father of John Mulaney. Charles went to Yale University and earned a Juris Doctor degree. 

He attended Georgetown University and had achieved his Bachelor's Degree from there. Currently, he serves as Partner, Mergers and Acquisitions for Skadden firm. 

Other than that, he is actively involved in counseling clients with a huge range of securities, including corporate matters, disclosure issues, shareholder activism, and directors' duties.
