Well, the artist is sent to jail for six and a half years. The reason was for running a nationwide telemarketing fraud. 

According to The Justice Department, this activity involves taking thousands of dollars from vulnerable people. 

Previously also, the lady had pleaded guilty to her act of committing wire fraud in a telemarketing connection. 

The US District judge has declared five years of supervised release. 

Moreover, the judge also stated to pay the amount of more than $6.6 million at the restitution time with $6.5 million in a forfeit, including 30 luxury items and 78 counterfeit items. 

People were lured in false promises of financial security, but if we have to count the reality, Jen, with her co-conspirators, defrauded the individuals out of their savings. 

They left them nothing. 

However, Jen’s attorney stated that the artist regrets the action she has taken and is extremely sorry to all the people out there whom she had hurt.

It lasted from 2012 until she and Stuart Smith, her assistant, got arrested in March 2021.
