Cathalene Parker Browning is the celebrity mother of an American comedian and actor named Cornelius Crane "Chevy" Chase, known as Chevy Chase. 

Cathalene used to be a classical trained pianist. Unfortunately, she is not among us anymore.

After getting a divorce from Susan, Chevy got wed again to a woman named Jacqueline Carlin on December 4, 1976, and later divorced on November 14, 1980.

Chevy then got married to a woman named Jayni Luke on June 19, 1982. The wedding took place in Pacific Palisades. 

They are still together and live in Bedford, New York. They have three children together named Cydney Cathalene Chase, Caley Leigh Chase and Emily Evelyn Chase. 

Chevy also has a son named Bryan Perkins, who is also his eldest son, but his mother's identity has not been disclosed to this day. 

Pills addiction:

Chevy was severely addicted to pain killer pills. He started taking them when he began to have back pain and slowly got hooked to them. 

He also used to smoke pot and was heavy on alcohol consumption. But after he met Jayni, he gave all of that up for her and entered the Hazelden Clinic to receive help for alcoholism in September of 2016. 

He told in an interview about how Jayni has helped him become a good person and how she helped him quit all his drugs and alcohol habits. 

He also added that he is a much happier person than whoever he was in the past.
