Married life and children

Carolin Musiala has been married to her husband, Daniel Richard, for a long time. Daniel is a British Nigerian

He is a former footballer and had played football in Nigeria at a high level before he retired and moved to Germany

From their marital bliss, they became parents of three children. They welcomed their firstborn, a son, on February 26, 2003, and named him Jamal Musiala

Daniel was only 18 years old when they had their first child. Their secondborn, a daughter, was born in 2005, whom they named Latisha Musiala

Their third child, a son, was born in 2007, and they named him Jerrel Musiala

When Jamal was two years old, Carolin and Daniel, along with Jamal and Latisha, moved to Fulda, a town in Hesse, where Carolin wanted to get her bachelor's degree.

The family again moved back to England so that Carolin could get her master's degree. Her son, Jamal, and daughter, Latisha, are football players.

It is said that Latisha is a huge fan of Bayern Munich and has been a fan even before her brother joined the team.

Jamal was eligible to play from three different countries

Since his father was born in Nigeria and later moved to England, and his mother is from Germany, he was eligible to play for England, Germany, and Nigeria

He started his international career with England U15 in 2016 and played for England U16, U17 and U21

However, he also played for Germany U16 in 2018

In an interview, Jamal said it was not an easy decision for him as he has a heart for Germany and a heart for England, and both hearts will keep beating.

For his senior international career, he decided to go with the Germany national team on February 24, 2021, as Germany was his birth country.

He made his debut with the Germany national team on March 25, 2021

Carolin became a victim of a rumor?

Carolin recently became a victim of an identity rumor on social media. Some of the people claim that Carolin is a Canadian

However, she or her family members have not said anything to clear the rumor.

Jamal is grateful for everything his parents have done for him

Carolin has always been a supportive mother to her children.

When her son, Jamal, got a spot at Bayern Munich and the national team, he was too young to get a driving license.

So Carolin used to drive her son to training every time. Jamal said,

My mother drives me there and picks me up again. I am infinitely grateful to my parents. They have always supported me in everything and literally brought me all the way to Sabener Strabe.

He also said that he started working to get his license, but he needs a little time as he had to take the first aid course and the theory exam.

He studied for it when they were on the bus as he was looking forward to being independent and driving on his own.

Her husband also played a significant role in their son's successful football career. Jamal credits his father for his prowess on the pitch.

Jamal said in an interview that he started playing football at the age of three with his father in front of their house.

His father used to train him hard as he was a footballer himself. Jamal said he and his father used to pass the ball back and forth.

Jamal had to dribble it out, or Daniel would have already scored a goal.

Jamal enrolled in his first club when he was four and was playing with kids a year older than him. Thanks to Daniel's training, Jamal was way ahead of those kids.

Her husband doesn’t want their children to forget their Nigerian roots

Her husband, Daniel, always tells their children about the culture and everything about African foods.

He even made Fufu, a Nigerian delicacy, while his kids were growing up in England. His son, Jamal, said he made Fufu every other day.

Even though they have never been to Africa, Jamal wants to go there, but he never really has the time to go over there.
