She told of Bronwyn that she asked if she could have a boyfriend and has started to date. She added It’s sweet, but sometimes, as a mom, she will have the nerve to ask if Bronwyn has kissed or not. 

Bronwyn says, "No," and she will be like, Oh, ok, that was not my journey.” Angela revealed that the teen lovebirds had to stay six feet apart and mask it during the coronavirus pandemic, and her husband Courtney B. is "all about respect, respect and respect" while allowing his daughter to date saying “it’s awkward.”

Talking about her twin brother Slater, her mom said that she thinks Slater is not interested in dating currently, having said that he was interested while he was three where he used to confess her saying he loved that girl.

What helped her father to deal with mental health and suicide?

Her father, Courtney B. Vance, talked about dealing with mental health during an interview with Good Morning America after his godson took his own life in the summer of 2020. 

He also revealed the personal pain he carried with him through his life. According to him, he was 30 when his father, whom he considered to be the hero of his life, took his own life following depression. 

He was completely rocked, and his mother called in hysterics. His option would be potentially the same as what his father had done to himself, but his mother saved him. 

His mother, after the funeral, told the whole family to seek personal therapy, which he says changed the course of every individual’s life in his family. 

Therapy helped them to deal with mental health. He also talked about his godson, who committed suicide. He said his 23-year-old godson was in a crisis. His mind was attacked, and he could not take it anymore.
