Billy Gilmour

Billy Gilmour is a Scottish-born professional football player who plays as a midfielder for Norwich City of Premier League club and the Scotland National team.

He joined Norwich City on a season-long loan from Chelsea in July 2021. He has made 22 first-team appearances for Chelsea after he arrived in Chelsea in 2017. 

He is a former Ranger star. He has represented his country Scotland from under 15 to under 21 levels.

His father is his role model

Billy was born to his father, Billy Gilmour Sr., and his mother, Carrie Gilmour. Billy considers his father to be his role model whom he looked up to while growing up.

When she was asked to pose with the Norwich City scarf, she hesitated and refused to hold a green part, the color associated with Celtics, and was heard saying that she will be holding a little bit of yellow. 

Bill Sr. further added, saying she does not like that color.

He has a younger sibling

Billy is blessed with a younger brother, Harvey, who is also a football lover. They grew up alongside each other in Ardrossan, North Ayrshire. 

Harvey, 15, is also following his father’s and brother’s footsteps. Besides being famous as a brother of Billy, he is also into making his name. He is currently playing for Kilmarnock’s youth team.

A Tiktoker named Orla Melissa Sloan was said to be stalking not only Billy but also Mason Mount and Ben Chilwell. 

Apparently, Sloan slept with Mason after meeting with him at a party at Ben's home in November 2020. 

They then stayed in contact for around six months before Mason broke up with her, saying the relationship was not going to progress. 

After that Sloan bombarded Mason with messages. Mason then blocked her, saying not to message him again. 

This didn't stop her, and she started buying new numbers to try to contact him. 

It is said that Sloan bought 21 different numbers and created numerous fake accounts. 

She also didn't leave his friends and family alone. She started messaging Ben and Billy. 

At first, Billy responded to her messages as a courtesy, but her constant messaging started making a huge impact on his life. 

Billy said he had not been able to sleep and had to take sleeping tablets. He added it has had a negative effect on his performance and professional life. 

Since he was new in town and didn't have his friends and family, he found the incident very upsetting. 

The matter was taken to the court, and Sloan was found guilty of stalking Mason and his teammates and harassing Ben at Westminster Magistrates' Court. 

She pleaded guilty to causing serious alarm or distress.
