Beverly Root

Beverly Root is famous as the first wife of one of the veteran actors of Hollywood. She is the ex-wife of Gerald McRaney. He is also a television producer and director.

Major hit series of Gerald 

Gerald rose to prominence as Rick Simon from the significant hit series Simon & Simon, the show that ran from 1981 to 1989. 

Subsequently, he gave his second hit series Major Dad. He also produced the series. His next romantic family drama series This Is the US, earned him Prime Time Award and Gold Derby Award.

The slight sign was spotted from his report, which later proved to be the 1st stage of lung cancer. He fought the cancer battle by having his lung removed.

From her marriage with Gerald, she shares two children. A daughter, Jessica, and a son, Angus McRaney. Her son Angus was born deaf.

Father of three children 

Gerald is a father of three children. Two from his first marriage with Beverly and one from his second marriage with Pat.
