Benoit Bertuzzo is a second husband to the former Belgian Professional tennis player, Justine Henin.  She has won seven Grand Slam singles titles.

Lost mother at the age of 12

His wife, Justine, got introduced to tennis by her mother, Francoise Rosiere.  She was born to parents Jose Henin and Francoise Rosiere. 

Her mother was French and history teacher by occupation. Justine was young when her mother and her watched tennis match across the border to France. 

She used to often take her to watch French open; since then, Justine was fascinated by the game. Steffi Graf was her idol, even she lost in that particular game, but she liked how Steffi Graf played the match.

In the year 1995, suddenly, her mother passed away. She was only 12 years old. The reason behind death was cancer. She also has one sister and two brothers.

Coach turned into a father figure

After the death of her mother, she was utterly devasted and broken inside. Justine's relationship with her father started deteriorating.  

But soon she met her tennis coach Carlos Rodriguez. He helped her a lot in tennis as well as in personal life too. Eventually, he became one of the father figures in her life.

Got divorced in 2007

Justine Henin tied the knot with her boyfriend, Pierre-Yves Hardenne, in November 2002. 

However, it is still hidden how the ex-couple met each other and when did they start dating. The wedding was a private affair. Only family and friends were part of the wedding. 

Being madly in love, she even added her husband surname into her name and made it Justine Henin-Hardenne. 

But that relationship could not last long, and eventually, they broke up. They were together from 2002 to 2007. They were married for only five years. Their divorce was finalized in 2007. 

Because of these issues, she even had to withdraw her name from several matches like the Australian Open due.  

After the divorce, she even stopped using her ex-husband's surname into her name. That chapter of her life ended up at separation.

Remarried to cameraman

Benoit Bertuzzo is a Belgian cameraman by profession. It has been said that the couple began dating each other back in March 2011. 

After her first relationship did not work out, she was in no mood to get married soon. They dated each other for more than three years. 

But when she realized he is one for her, Justine Henin got married secretly without media attention in Corsica.  The wedding was held in the year 2014 on the 25th of October as per the Belgian media. 

Had the child before marriage

They were already parents of girl children before their marriage. His wife had given birth to a beautiful baby girl in the year 2013. They named their baby angel 'Lalie Bertuzzo.' 

In 2017 the couple was blessed with another baby boy.  The name of the boy is Victor. His wife took retirement from tennis on the 14th of May 2008.
