Beckett O’Brien is the son of Famous American Television talk show host Conan O’Brien. His mother is Liza Powel. 

He was born on November 9, 2005, in New York City. 

His parents named him using two Irish words, ‘Beo’ and ‘cot,’ which clearly means “Bee Cottage” and is translated to mean “A dweller near the brook.”

In January 1988, O’Brien was hired as a writer for Saturday Night Live, also known as SNL, by the Executive producer Lorne Michaels. 

For three years in SNL, he wrote sketches like “Mr. Short-Term Memory” and “The Girl Watchers”. 

He, along with SNL writers Bob Odenkirk and Robert Smigel, earned Emmy Awards for their outstanding writing in different series. 

He worked for SNL until 1991. Later on, he worked for The Simpsons. 

He became the writer and producer of The Simpsons, and after spending three years for Simpsons, that is, from 1991 to 1993, he started a Late Night Talk show known as Late Night with Conan O’Brien.

He visited many countries, such as Cuba, for half a century, along with South Korea, North Korea, Armenia, and others, in order to make the show successful by promoting his talk shows.

Talking about his parents' love life, his father, Conan O’Brien, is a very loyal person and has only dated and married a single woman, and that lucky woman was none other than his mother, Elizabeth Ann “Liza” Powel. 

He met Liza in 2000 when she appeared in his show in an advertising skit and worked as the senior copywriter. 

The couple dated for almost 18 months and exchanged wedding vows in 2002. They share a daughter named Neve, born in 2003, and Beckett, born in 2005. 

Conan said that after Liza caught his eye, he couldn’t take his eyes off her and started talking even at work to find out more about her. 

From one room to another and to the lobby, they had conversations because, slowly, they started gaining interest in each other.
