Dalilah’s mother wasn’t very supportive of her running in the hurdles, and she started running at 7 years old

Her mother was afraid she would hurt herself if she ran into the hurdles. But her coach convinced her that she would be fit to run in Hurdle.

Dalilah is a professional track and field athlete from America who specializes in the 400 meters hurdles. 

She is the gold medalist of the 2019 world championship, in which she set a former record of 52.16 seconds

She is also the American national champion of 2013, 2016, and 2017. She is the only second female hurdler of 400 meters in history till now. 

She was born in Jamaica, Queens, in New York City, on February 7th, 1990. She was a gifted child with some athletic ability.
