Paltrow's relationship came to highlight when she was engaged to actor Brad Pitt when she was 24, and she dated him from 1994 to 1997.

Then she dated Ben Affleck, who was also an actor, till 2000 when they broke their ties after an on and off relationship.

Parenthood

Paltrow met Chris Martin, singer of the British band Coldplay, backstage at the concert in 2002, and they immediately felt the spark between them.

Martin even wrote a blockbuster song, Fix you helping her mourn the loss of her dad, who died three weeks earlier they met.

They tied a knot in a private ceremony in 2003 in California. After eleven years of togetherness, they decided to separate their ways and end their marriage in 2014.
