In 2019, he and King Von got arrested for attempting robbery and murder. It’s stated that they shot Atlanta drive-in for $30000 cash and Jeep Cherokee. 

The news popped out that Durk got released on a $250,000 bond, while on another side, King Von got released for $300,000 respectively.
