Scott said that joining the seminars might be the first step in people’s path to real estate success. 

It didn’t go as the couple had thought it would as they got accused of scamming would-be investors, with claims that the workshops are basically just an advertisement for seminars that can cost up to $38000. 

College didn’t teach about real estate to Scott.

At the age of 14, Scott had his first real estate deal after receiving $30,000 in an injury settlement, and he purchased a second trust deed on a single home, and when he reached college, he was having deals for huge housing developments with over 3000 lots. 

Scott had stated that he was not a college graduate, and he probably went to five colleges and dropped out of them all. 

He added you don’t need money to be a real estate investor. He did his first land deal on his own without any of his own money, and he netted $2.3 million.
