Alison Southgate

Alison Southgate is the wife of English professional football manager and a former player named Gareth Southgate. 

Gareth is a very successful and famous personality in England. He is currently the manager of the England national team and was also a former football player. 

He started his journey on the football field professionally in 1988 and has not looked back since then. He used to play as a defender and also as a midfielder when he was a player. 

He retired as a football player in 2006 and became a manager instead. He has done a remarkable job both as a manager and a player.

When Roy was asked why he did that, he replied because Gareth tried to break his leg in the past match. However, Roy did get sent off after he did that to Gareth.

Gareth was also in an active feud with player Ian Wright. They constantly had verbal fights during the matches.

Gareth started as a football player professionally in the year 1988 with the team called Crystal Palace. 

He then played with two more teams named Aston Villa and Middlesbrough. He played a total of 503 matches and scored 26 goals. 

He also played for the national team of England for 57 matches and scored two goals.

He started his journey as a football manager in 2006 with the team Middlesbrough and went on to be the manager of England U21. 

He finally became the manager of the national team of England in 2016, till date.
