Alvaro plays for Serie A club Juventus, La Liga Club Atletico Madrid, and the Spain national team as a striker.

How did Alvaro start his career?

Alvaro joined the Real Madrid Foundation Academy at the age of 3. 

He also used to get selected as a mascot for some of the Real Madrid games very often. 

As a result, Alvaro got the opportunity to start his relationship with famous footballers like Raul Gonzalez Blanco, Ivan Zamorano, Roberto Carlos, and his favorite, Fernando Morientes. 

He stayed at that academy until he was 13 years old before testing the Atletico shirt for only two years. 

Life beside Football

Though Alvaro was getting an education, he was not focusing on his grades. 

That's why his parents started to force him to stop playing Football to improve his grades. 

According to Alfonso and Susana, education is a must have for happy and stable life apart from being a successful footballer. 

Therefore, Alfonso and Susana wanted their son to pursue his career in medicine and surgery for a better alternative to Football.

But it seems that they are living happily with each other now.
