Her husband Joao Sousa began playing tennis when he was only seven years old with his dad Armando Marinho de Sousa at a local Club

Because his dad was a Judge and amateur tennis player too, he learned all the basics of tennis from him only. 

Whereas his mom Adelaide Coelho Sousa was a bank clerk. Both his parents were independent financially.
