How did she meet her future husband?
Georgia, in the ABC documentary The Australian Story: The Age of Ange, shared how she met Ange. According to her, she met Ange at work.
He was the senior coach of South Melbourne Soccer Club, and she was working as a marketing manager of the club.
She initially wondered why everyone around the club was so fascinated by and respected him, as he is not someone she would describe as charismatic or charmer.
She didn’t get it at the time, she expressed. It was only afterward she got to understand him as a person.
“You would see him on the ground, and he would strike up conversations with kids because he saw how much they were enjoying what he enjoyed and how much he loved the game, she said.
Ange was a very successful coach as he led the South Melbourne Soccer Club to consecutive National Soccer League titles before he was appointed the head coach of the Australian youth team.
Ange admitted to not coaching well in 2005 because he started worrying about the pressure that was intensifying over the fact that they were not getting good results at youth level for a few years.
During his difficult time when he was facing backlash, Georgia was by his side.
Ange was previously married, but his marriage had ended years ago. He found the kind of positivity he needed in Georgia.

Georgia shares two sons, Max and Alexi, with her husband. But her husband is the father of three. He shares a son named James with his ex-wife.
Georgia, in the documentary, said that when she was pregnant with Max, he came three weeks early, and her husband was supposed to fly that day to London.
She said to him that he couldn’t leave her to have Max on her own. He managed to change the flight and was by her side when she was giving birth to Max.
During an interview with The Sun, Ange shared that he fears their sons are not going to sound like Aussies at all.
He said their boys went to international school while in Japan, where all the teachers had an American background so they had an American accent, which annoyed him.
After moving to Scotland, they picked up Glaswegian as well, so they are not going to sound like his kid.

Ange now fears that his kids might develop London twang so he recently took his kids to watch a smash hit show from down under so they will have an Australian accent.

God knows what they will sound like after living in London, he said.
