About his parents

His parents, Jennifer and Brian, first met each other while working on a TV show, Love Bites, in 2011. 

They appeared together for the second time on the Lifetime show The Client List in 2012, where Brian played the role of Jennifer's estranged husband. 

In June 2013, Jennifer announced her engagement to Brian and also that they were expecting their first child together and eventually got married on the 20th of November 2013.

Jennifer, while appearing on Ellen's show, said she got married to Brian five days before the birth of their first child and that the wedding was way too private as it was just two of them.

Then they went to bed, bath & beyond because that's what married people do, she added. 

She also gushed about her husband, calling him an awesome and incredible father.

He has two siblings 

Atticus has an elder sister Autumn James and a younger brother, Adian James.

Jennifer, while appearing on Jimmy Kimmel Live, shared that her husband was very supportive in the delivery room and humorously added to saying that he should be a male doula. 

Recalling the time when she was giving birth, she said that her husband in the delivery room was constantly uplifting her, saying things like "This is great" I am so proud of you right now, Babe, this is awesome, you look beautiful, and all" when she was really worried about going to get that face. 

"I am not good at faces, so I would have been like "What does that mean"? "What does that mean"? she explained. 

He woke up way too early to wish his mother a very happy birthday

His mother took her Instagram in February to celebrate her 44th birthday, where she wrote she is deeply grateful, blessed, happy, and sometimes insecure about aging, a mother of three incredible babies, married to the most handsome and awesome man, and really excited to see what this year has for them. 

She also shared that Atticus got up way too early and sang her happy birthday, which melted her heart.

Jennifer on what it was like to act with her husband 

Jennifer reunited with her husband in the second season of Jennifer's show 9-1-1 after Love Bites and The Client List. 

Jennifer on The Drew Barrymore Show shared what it was like working with her husband. 

She said working with her husband was fun, although he played a really bad guy. 

She further went on to say that they had a great time getting to do it, and it was nice because they had to do some scary scenes also, they trust each other so much that it made it nice. 

She humorously added that she got to murder him that was sort of crazy.

Besides that, she also played fun facts with Barrymore, where she confessed many things about her. She said she is fond of Salsa dance. 

She started doing it when she was a teenager and has been doing it ever since. She also confessed to her love of Dairy Queen. 

She always finds a Dairy Queen whenever she travels and has an ice cream cone and some chicken fingers. 

Jennifer has been to Japan 15 times. She first went to Japan at the age of 12 to do commercials and albums. She also can do card tricks.
