He started playing basket from a very young age.
When he was a senior in his high school in the 2003-04 season, he helped his school Centennial High School to a glorious California Division III title.
Since 2007 to date, Arron has been active in the basketball game professionally.
He was awarded the West Regional’s Most Outstanding Player in the 2007 NCAA Tournament.
He scored 24 points and made several big plays in a 68-55 victory over the Kansas Jayhawks.
He was traded along with Walter Sharpe in 2009 to the Denver Nuggets in exchange for cash and a second-round pick in the 2011 NBA draft.
He was traded a team called Orlando Magic in a four-team deal in 2012, and again he was traded back to Denver Nuggets in 2014 in exchange for Evan Fournier and the draft rights to Devyn Marble.
Afflalo signed with the New York Knicks in 2015 and signed with Sacramento Kings in 2016. In 2017, Arron again signed with the Orlando Magic.
